• Once work starts refunds are limited to the portion of fees for work not yet performed and for which no third party costs have been incurred.
• Custom work discovery strategy and content or assets already delivered are non refundable.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment you receive ownership of the final approved deliverables that we expressly mark as final. All preliminary files tools methods know how and non final materials remain our property.
• If a deliverable contains fonts stock assets or software that are licensed you receive the applicable license rights and you agree to follow the license terms.

Use of Third Party Tools and Platforms

Our work may rely on third party tools platforms or suppliers such as hosting email and analytics. Each such service is governed by its own terms. You are responsible for any accounts or fees with those providers. We are not liable for any outage change or issue caused by a third party provider.
